Whats a Wiki?

Well, Wiki stands for "What I Know Is..." and its a term used to describe people coming together through an online forum to collaboratively piece information together on a wide variety of subjects.

The (http://www.alfretonderbyshire.co.uk/ Alfreton Fellowship) has just recently launched its new online community forum for Alfreton called The Alfreton Wiki Project.

The project aims to become the centre of all knowledge and information regarding the Alfreton area.

I've had a lok at the wiki. Do i have to pay and of so, how much? And how do i add information to the Wiki?
